Arriving by car
If you are using a GPS, enter “Guldersand” as destination.
from Bern/Basel
- Take the A6 towards Thun/Interlaken and then take the A8
- Take the exit towards Kandersteg/Frutigen /Adelboden
- In Kandersteg, take the car train from Goppenstein (Departure every 30 minutes)
- Drive towards Gampel and then towards Brig
- Take the exit on the roundabout at Brig Furka and drive about 12 km to the parking lot/garage Betten Talstation
- Take the cable car to Bettmeralp
from Zürich/Luzern
- Take the A2 towards Gotthard
- Leave the A2 in the direction Göschenen Furka, then take the car train at Realp to Oberwald
- From here, head towards Brig/Simplon to the parking lot/garage at Betten Talstation
- Take the cable car to Bettmeralp
from Geneva
- Take the A9 towards Brig/Simplon
- Take the exit on the roundabout in Brig Furka and drive about 12 km to the parking lot/garage at Bettern Talstation
- Take the cable car to Bettmeralp
Arriving by train
- Take the SBB to Brig
- connect to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and get off Betten Talstation
- Take the cable car to Bettmeralp
- Easier to travel without luggage – you can send your luggage by train and we pick it up at the cable car station on Bettmeralp.
Luggage Transportation
Guests who stay for a 7 night minimum will be picked up by us at the cable car station on Bettmeralp; during winter with the snowmobil, during summer with the electric car.
